- RO installation for homes and commercial premises

- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) — available both online and offline

- Emergency RO repair service
3. Service Bookings
Service bookings made through our website, WhatsApp, or phone do not constitute a binding contract until confirmed by Aqua Prime via a return call, message, or visit confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service requests based on technician availability or geographic coverage.
All service fees are communicated and agreed upon before the service begins. We do not commence any paid work without prior cost confirmation by the customer.
4. AMC Plans
Aqua Prime offers Annual Maintenance Contract plans for residential and commercial customers. AMC plans are subject to a separate agreement between Aqua Prime and the customer. The following terms apply to all AMC plans:
- AMC covers scheduled service visits and filter inspections as agreed at sign-up
- Parts replacement during AMC visits may be charged separately unless explicitly included in the AMC agreement
- AMC plans are non-transferable and applicable only to the specific RO unit and address registered at sign-up
- Aqua Prime will provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled visits
- Cancellation of AMC plans is subject to the terms agreed at sign-up
5. Product Sales
Aqua Prime sells RO water purifier products and spare parts to customers in Pune. The following applies to all product sales:
- All product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable
- Defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or installation for replacement consideration
- Aqua Prime is not liable for product failures caused by improper use, electrical fluctuations, or water supply issues beyond our control
6. Use of This Website
You agree to use aquaprimepune.com only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or server
- Use any automated tool to scrape or extract content from this website without written permission

It does not cover damage caused by external factors such as water supply issues, power fluctuations, or physical damage after our visit.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
